How to use it

Wear it for anything over open flame or hot oil it's cut long enough to actually protect your legs, not just your shirt. The front pocket holds a thermometer or a pair of tongs within reach. Canvas gets better with use: don't over-wash it, just brush off what you can and let the fabric develop its own character.
