Olive Wood Cutting Board

A single slab of Lebanese olive wood.

Dense enough to take a heavy knife for years without splitting, and the grain resists deep scarring.

How to use it

Use the whole surface for breaking down cuts of meat or serving a spread it's large enough to double as a presentation board at the table. Wash with warm water and a mild soap, never submerge it, and dry it standing on edge. Oil it monthly with food-safe mineral oil to keep the wood from drying and cracking.
