Spice Grinder

A hand-crank grinder for whole spices.

How to use it

Best for cumin, coriander, peppercorns anything you'd otherwise buy pre-ground and let go stale. Grind directly over the pot so nothing's wasted, and adjust the coarseness with the top screw depending on whether you want a rough crust for meat or a fine dust for a marinade. Wipe the burrs out with a dry brush; water rusts the mechanism.
